Step 1. Provide reference photo(s) of the subject(s) of the portrait. This can be a person, pet or other subject you would like a custom painting of. You may provide this photo in person at our studio, email it to us at gageart22@gmail.com, or send it by mail to Drakon Arts at 2210 Rapids Drive, Racine WI 53404. This photo must be a close up, in-focus image of the subject you wish painted.

Step 2. I will provide a written quote for the portrait you would like to have created including details such as size, background, framing and other pertinent Information. This quote will also include a sketch of the painting for approval.

Step 3. Once you accept the proposal, you will pay a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit and the project is placed on our schedule. Typically the portrait will be finished in two to four weeks depending on our work load.

Step 4. Upon completion of the portrait, I will provide a photo of the portrait for your approval. Once you approve the portrait, and make payment in full, I will make the portrait available for pickup or will make arrangements to send via UPS. If you wish, you may pay the balance due in 4 equal monthly payments (interest free).

Step 5. Pick a place to display your work of art and enjoy it for generations to come!
